Tracy Amid is the Director of Marketing Intelligence for Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids.
Tracy's focus over the last 10 years has been working in the non-profit sector to implement the use
technology to advance the mission of the organization. She has previously worked as the Special Projects
and Technology Manager for the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center at
Grand Valley State University and a Junior Consultant for the International Trade Center UNCTAD/WTO in
Geneva, Switzerland. Tracy earned a Bachelor degree in Business from Calvin College.
