glimaWest held its March event, entitled "Five Year Regional Economic
Development Strategic Plan", on March 25 at Noto's Old World Italian Dining, in
Grand Rapids.
Birgit Klohs, President of Right Place, Inc., discussed that our region is
changing quickly - health sciences, advanced technology, homeland security and
life sciences are the evolving growth industries in Michigan and our region. We
learned about the five-year economic development strategy that will drive
growth in our area - and explore how your company might take advantage of these
new opportunities.
