The term “innovation” is one of the latest marketing buzzwords that is used so often and for so many different concepts that it’s meaning is almost completely lost today.

HCD is a collection of practical, hands-on, techniques & processes to help understand, design, and build solutions to solve problems in a more complete and creative manner.
